Hi My name is Martin.

I began decorating cakes when I was 16 yrs old & have always enjoyed doing so. I discovered I couldn’t eat gluten products so I began baking and working through recipes so I could offer something that everyone could happily enjoy. I started supplying a café 20 yrs ago with my Gluten Free bakes with some success and now I find people want more so I have developed these beautiful scrumptious treats for you to enjoy.
